About the Inka Tradition
The Inka tradition is a spiritual practice that is more than 500 years old and teaches people how to understand the universe as a sacred and interconnected web of life in which all things are part of a greater whole.
Ultimately, this wisdom teaching shows you how to connect with the forces of nature to transform heavy energy into light, so that you can grow while creating harmony within yourself and your environment. It is a spiritual path of knowledge and personal development.
All Inka exercises and techniques are performed through the mind, simply by using your imagination. For us Westerners, this is new and sometimes unfamiliar; at the same time, these exercises offer great freedom and unexpected possibilities, as they can be practiced discreetly anywhere and anytime.
