To walk your talk:
About self-confidence, authenticity and self-loveÂ
Online course with Juan Nuñez del Prado, Ivan Nuñez del Prado and Hans-Martin Beck
Begins Oct 21, 2024
This online course is all about who you really are, what defines you and what powers lie within you. Juan Nuñez del Prado, Ivan Nuñez del Prado and Hans-Martin Beck introduce you to the spirituality of the Inkas and teach you efficient tools that allow you to gain a new perspective on yourself.
Over five lessons, you will learn four simple Inka techniques to strengthen your self-confidence and authenticity. At the same time, you will learn why self-love is so important and how to create it within yourself.
The Inka tradition is a spiritual practice that teaches how to develop our consciousness in harmony with nature and how to create harmony within ourselves and our environment.
Self-love is the basis for a content life and an important step towards a healthy self-confidence. Self-love ultimately means that you can accept yourself as you are and not judge yourself for mistakes or imperfections.
Self-love allows you to recognise your value and uniqueness, the basis for inner growth and self-confidence. Self-confidence in turn allows you to develop the ability to act and communicate authentically.
You are centred and put your words into action.
You develop authenticity.
You are ready to walk your talk.
With the four exercises in this course alone, you will be able to master the challenges of everyday life in a new way, reshape your relationships with other people and create a new attitude towards life.

About the Inka tradition
This spiritual tradition from the high Andes of Peru has been teaching people for more than 500 years how to connect with the forces of nature to transform heavy energy into light.
It is a spiritual path of strength and personal growth that shows you how to look upon your life from a different perspective – and thus to be able to change it.
All exercises and techniques are carried out solely “in your mind”, namely with the help of your imagination and the power of visualization.
Therefor these practices often seem novel to us Westerners; at the same time they offer tremendous freedom and numerous possibilities, as they can be carried out discreetly anywhere and anytime.
What you will learn
How the Inka masters describe reality and how this cosmovision supports you in your growth
How you can easily create self-love within yourself and recognise what abilities lie within you
How the so-called Mullu Khuyas (‘Chumpi stones’) support you in this energy work
How to harmonise different energies within you and gain a new perspective on yourself

What to bear in mind when paying
To pay the admission fee you may use credit card or bank transfer. Paypal is not available.
If you book your participation at short notice (i.e. 1 to 2 days before the start of the course) AND would like to pay the admission shop fee via bank transfer, I strongly recommend to initiate an express bank transfer (if possible). This is to ensure that the money arrives in time before the seminar starts.
In case the admission fee is not credited to my account in time, you run the risk of missing the first session (and that would be a real shame)…
