Meeting with the Mountains

SPIRITUAL JOURNEY IN THE ALPS

This 6-day journey into the mountains of Austria and Germany consists of a series of powerful exercises, ceremonies and rituals that have been performed in the high Andes of Peru for centuries. During this trip Prof. Juan Nuñez del Prado, his son, Ivan Nuñez del Prado, and Hans-Martin Beck teach important basics of the Inca method and at the same time connect you with the living spirituality of the mountains.

You therefor will work intensively with Mt. Großglockner and Mt. Zugspitze as well as with Mt. Watzmann and Mt. Untersberg to get clarity and grounding. Every day you connect with Mother Nature in many ways and make your energy flow.

During this spiritual journey, you’ll also engage with powerful legends of the mountains and learn how to use their teachings for your own growth. Last but not least, you will perform simple mental exercises to bring lightness into the collective unconscious.

During this Meeting with the Mountains you will get to know a number of special power places. Some of them are little-known places, such as a legendary cave, a chapel embedded in the rock or a fountain that, according to legend, is linked to Charlemagne. Some of the places we go are really famous, for instance a pilgrimage church, an enormous salt mine or a legendary house on a mountain.

All places have one thing in common: you will experience them in a whole new way!

Good to know: This trip is definitely different from other tourist events (and maybe that’s why it’s so special). You don’t have to make any compromises in terms of safety and comfort – we will be staying in nice hotels and use a modern bus.

At the places we visit there is always time for personal contemplation, so that after these 6 days you may return to your life at home with a lot of strength and ease.

All explanations during this journey will be held in German, English and Spanish.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Germany

At a beautiful little lake we establish our first connection with the mountains of the Alps and their waters as well as with King Ludwig II of Bavaria. First work with the inner world.

At the waterfall of the Lech we deepen the work with the spirits and connect with the first legend of this journey. Working with the highest mountain in Germany rounds off the first day. Overnight stay near Mt. Zugspitze.

Day 2: Austria

In a small sanctuary we connect with the energy of the feminine power and the ability to love, share and show compassion. This power is obtained through connection with a special relic in a small church.

From there we will continue to a mystical cave. We will be walking uphill for about 700 m on an easily accessible path and overcome a height difference of 70 m. Arrived on the highest platform, you can clearly feel the living power of Mother Earth; she will help us let go of some of our greatest fears. Afterwards we enjoy the breathtaking view into the depths. Overnight stay in Berchtesgaden.

Day 3: Austria

Today you will visit a church built around a special stone. On the way to this church you will perform a special ritual to release your heavy energy literally “step by step”. When arriving at our destination, you connect with another legend of the mountains, that will teach you how to further develop your personal power.

In the afternoon, we will continue to a large gorge, where you will reconnect with the energies of the mountains and water and receive a powerful initiation. Overnight stay in Berchtesgaden.

Day 4: Germany

Today you will be using the modern technology of the 20th century combined with the energy of a mountain. There you will perform a powerful practice to look at your life from a whole new perspective and then you will be born again as a child of Mother Earth. If the weather is fine you can enjoy a breathtaking view and experience the whole beauty of the alpine mountains.

At noon we will drive to a salt mine and there, in the belly of Mother Earth, take our time to process the previous energy work and let it take effect.

Overnight stay in Berchtesgaden.

Day 5: Austria

This morning we will be driving to Mt. Grossglockner, Austria’s highest mountain. There we will perform a ritual as a group to strengthen the well-being and future of Europe.

At a waterfall you can reconnect with the energy of the water and an old legend of the Alps. This teaches you how to acquire new skills to master life in a better and easier way.

We will then return to the hotel and meet for the final dinner. Overnight stay in Berchtesgaden.

Day 6: Germany

According to legend, Charlemagne, who worked for the unity of Europe around 1,200 years ago, sleeps at the foot of Mt. Untersberg. Here you will use a special technique to communicate with him (very much in the style of psychoanalyst C. G. Jung).

At noon we continue to the Black Madonna in the Chapel of Grace in Altötting. There we will work one last time with a legend and with the female power of the universe.

Afterwards we will return to Egling around 5 p.m. The Meeting with the Mountains is now over.

IMPORTANT NOTES

General information

Meeting with the Mountains will take place if at least 8 people have registered before March 10, 2024. Therefore, please do not book flights, train tickets and other services until you have received written confirmation that this trip will actually take place

The invoice for this trip is made without sales tax in accordance with § 25 German VAT law.

The event begins on June 15, 2024 at 8:30am in 82544 Egling, Germany and ends on June 20, 2024 at around 5pm in Egling.

Snow can be up to 2.50m high on Mt. Großglockner at this time of year. We therefore recommend warm and water-repellent clothing. Due to the sometimes damp and slippery paths, sturdy shoes with coarse soles or even walking sticks may be helpful (but are not necessary. Please decided yourself how safe you feel walking in the mountains).

Due to unpredictable weather and/or traffic conditions in the Alps and other factors, the actual itinerary and/or content may differ from this description.

Unfortunaely, the Meeting with the Mountains is not suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking disabilities

Juan Nuñez del Prado celebrates his 80th birthday in 2025. Due to his age, he might have to cancel his participation at short notice for health reasons. His son Ivan, who has worked closely with him for more than 30 years, will then hold this event alone. In this case, free cancellation is not possible

Arrival

Meeting with the Mountains starts on June 15, 2024 at 8:30am in 82544 Egling, Germany. We will announce the address of the hotel or the meeting point in good time.

Arrival by plane, train or car
Travelers by plane should use Munich Airport (MUC). From there take the train (it’s called “S-Bahn”). It will not bring you directly to the the village of Egling but very close. You can choose from a variety of possible connections. You may take the bus (approx. 20 minutes journey) and then walk a minute to the hotel or use a taxi from the last train station to the hotel (approx. 10 minutes).

From the airport to Egling you will probably need 80 minutes, costs are approx. 15 EUR. To check out your journey on German Railway’s website please go to https://int.bahn.de/en/offers

Travelers arriving at Munich Central Station need around 40 minutes, costs approx. EUR 10.

At our meeting point you can park your car on a street not far from the hotel (you will receive more information on site). The hotel will chrge for parking around 20 EUR per day.

Departure

The journey ends on June 20, 2024 at around 5pm in the village of Egling (where we started). If you would like to continue your trip you may use a taxi plus public transport (S-Bahn) in the direction of Munich train station and Munich Airport.

Fitness/Preparation
You don’t need any special knowledge to participate in this trip. All spiritual exercises and explanations are held in German and English.
This trip leads you through the high Alps. A minimum of mobility, flexibility and physical stamina are necessary, we consider it sufficient if you can walk for one hour in the country side.

Accommodation/meals

We will be staying in nice 3-star hotels. The travel price includes three meals (breakfast, lunch box and dinner), you only need to pay for the drinks at dinner.

About two weeks before the start of your trip, you will receive an overview of all hotels with websites and phone numbers. If you arrive the day before the Meeting with the Mountains starts and would like to stay overnight at the hotel (our meeting point), you can reserve a room there (however, due to the many trade fairs and exhibitions that take place in Munich every year, it cannot be guaranteed that the hotel has rooms available at short notice).

Special diet
Well in time we will send out a questionnaire and inquire about the dietary requirements of all participants. If you are not vegetarian or eat fish/meat or if you have any food intolerances, we ask that you contact the hotels and restaurants directly to discuss your wishes with them. It may be that some – depending on the effort – charge a surcharge that you need to pay on site.

COVID-19

You may participate in this trip regardless of whether you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a current recovery status. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply at all times with the legal requirements applicable in Germany and Austria at the time of our journey.

Therefore, I strongly recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance when booking this trip, which also includes the financial risks of COVID-19 disease. Otherwise you might lose the travel price already paid in the event of a cancellation.

Furthermore, there is the possibility that you will be excluded from participating in the trip in the event of a positive COVID-19 test (this is to protect all other participants of this journey). In this case, the travel price will not be reimbursed.

Insurances

Since life cannot always be planned and predicted, I definitely recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance, as in many cases this covers cancellation fees and protects you from the financial consequences if, contrary to expectations, you cannot start the trip, cancel it or even have to cancel. Therefore, please note that Inka World’s cancellation fees. I comply with the legal requirements for travel agents and therefore explicitly place the responsibility for incidents that are beyond my responsibility in your hands.

Travel cancellation insurance is really recommended, especially with regard to illnesses or sudden deaths in the family or a COVID-19 illness shortly before the start of the trip. Please also consider that I may not be able to act as accommodating as I would like or as you wish.

In my opinion, international health insurance is necessary, and accident insurance makes sense (but is not mandatory).

Further information

About 2 weeks before the start of the trip, you will receive a list of hotels and restaurants, a packing list with recommendations as well as detailed information about the weather/climate and clothing.

Juan Nuñez del Prado celebrates his 80th birthday in 2025. Due to his age, he might have to cancel his participation at short notice for health reasons. His son Ivan, who has worked closely with him for more than 30 years, will then hold this event alone. In this case, free cancellation is not possible

Cancellation fees

All of Inka World’s events are associated with significant financial obligations, in addition to booking and transaction fees, flight costs for Juan and Ivan, travel and/or marketing costs incurred.

Since the groups are small and rather informal and I also spend a considerable time for consultations and answering questions, I do charge cancellation fees in case you cancel your participation before the start of the event.

These cancellation fees are based on the time of your cancellation and are staggered as follows:

  • Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: a flat rate of 25% of the trip price
  • 90 to 45 days before departure: flat rate 50% of the travel price
  • 44 days to 15 days before the start of the trip: flat rate 75% of the trip price
  • 14 days or less before the start of the trip: a flat rate of 90% of the trip price
  • If you are unable to take part in the trip, you are free to provide a substitute. As soon as they have paid the travel price in full, you will be refunded the participation fee you have already paid, minus a processing fee of EUR 50.

Please be aware that Inka World does not pay bank charges for reimbursement of the participation fee (especially when payments are made outside the Euro zone).
